You have to admit that is one compelling line up of great books! You can download the books as a PDF or as an eBook. Moreover, in a couple of weeks you will be able to download a version for your iPhone.

We have lots more celebrating planned throughout the year for our 60th anniversary including:

  • The Harlequin Famous Firsts Collection – In March, June and September, look for reissues of some of the very first series books written by current New York Times bestselling writers
  • The Heart of a Woman: Harlequin Cover Art 1949-2009 – We’re sponsoring and exhibition of original cover art at the Openhouse Gallery, May 29 to June 12 in New York City.
  • Series Spotlight – Every month a different series is in the spotlight. Look for diamond-themed miniseries, series stars and more from all the Harlequin and Silhouette lines.

Little did Richard and Mary Bonnycastle know what they were starting 60 years ago when they founded Harlequin, but we’ve been satisfying women’s desire for romance, speaking to their hearts and transporting them beyond themselves ever since. We hope you enjoy even more reading pleasure for years to come!

  1. Sixteen free ebooks, wow! I guess eHarlequin will be a little bit busy on January 29th...
    Best wishes

  2. The 16 books look excellent. I know Elizabeth Rolls' historical is very good as is Liz Fielding's HR. And I can't say enough about Snowbound. It was one of the highlights of my reading last year.
I suspect Harlequin Celebrtes is going to be very busy on the 29th.

  3. What a shame there is no place for Medical Romance.

  4. Absolutely, anon. That's a crying shame. It's one of the oldest series and deserves a place in the history of Harlequin.

I'll be checking out Snowbound on the 29th, Michelle!

  5. I'm so excited about the 16 books, but I agree...a medicals would have been great. I keep hoping they are going to get greater NA exposure. I do see them infrequently in the stores at least, so some are making it here, and it is great that with eharlequin's e-book program that we can get them that way.

  6. And...a big thank you to Malle for being with us this weekend! The celebrations are going to be so much fun. I'm looking forward to the line spotlights especially.

  7. Whoohooo! I've been waiting and waiting for Eharl to release iphone/ipod touch compatible ebooks!
